I am very happy we spoke with Grant. Our home is now set up with ADT alarm and Google Cameras. I got a quote from VIVINT and it was just WAYYYY too expensive. Longer contracts and equipment is outrageous even if financing. Grant and his team came in got straight to the point and literally worked for our business and answered all questions and concerns, very knowledgeable. We had Ring at our old house but it's a self service (at least right now) and with ADT you get the monitoring and warranty for the cameras. Where to start, Grant was an excellent representative for ADT. He worked with us every step of the way to get our old system that was installed up and running in the house we just bought. He included several security features for doors and windows that didn't have them prior and updated our system to make it work wonderfully. Matt who came out to install everything including our new nest thermostat was also great. He was super nice and efficient and an excellent choice for Grant to send to us new customers. Overall I would rate my experience with ADT a 10 out of 10. Thanks to Grant and Matt me and my wife can feel safe in our brand new home. I recently got an alarm installation through ADT.. I am really appreciative of how well this installation went Grant was the representative and Matt was the technician and they both worked diligently to ensure my needs where met! I got a key less entry door lock and google cameras where also installed. Amazing! Thank YouI purchased a new home and found this office on Yelp. Grant came out and looked at the house and offered a great deal and got next installment with Google cameras and ADT smart thermostat. If you're going with ADT this is the office to call, they make you feel right at home.
I recently close escrow end of December and had a lot on my to-do list. Setting up ADT was one of those items on my list. Grant was proactive and reached out to discuss my home security system options within a week of us closing escrow. Talk about perfect timing. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the different products and services ADT offers. The next day the technician Matt came over to install the system and program it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as well answered all my questions on how to arm and disarm the system. I even had him move a previous sensor from one room to another because it was obstructed with a book shelf. He replaced all the batteries and gave me a direct number to him should anything come up. Both Grant and Matt we're amazing. Great duo. Highly recommend them to anyone inquiring about a home security system.

I had shopped around for security systems, and I was interested the most in the Angie's List deal that CA Security Pro offered. The sales guys came and did a fantastic job - they looked around the house to see what we would need (or want), gave us a good deal for pricing. We were not intending to purchase that day, but they gave us such a good deal (based on what I had seen to that point) that we couldn't say no. They were excellent sales reps. We got more than the Angie's List deal offered, but they still gave us a good price for what we were buying (based on their sales rates that they carry around with them). We set up the install, and when that happened, I couldn't have been more impressed with how everything went. The installer came in, put everything in efficiently (and correctly), and thoroughly explained the system to me. He was patient with any questions and did not act like it was a burden to explain the system or any random questions I had. In short, at every level, we have been treated as I think those in customer service should always treat potential (and current) customers. I was very happy to have gone with CA Security Pro and would recommend them to anyone. I think with alarm companies these days, you are going to get a lot of the same services, but what matters to me is that I am treated well. I expect to have a quality security system (which I think I got), but it means something when people are respectful and kind and helpful.
