I just had my ADT pulse security system installed. I sent Brian a message through yelp and he got back to me very quickly. He explained the packages he offered and the best one that fit my needs and budget. Brian never rushed us or made us feel rushed.After we signed our contract he had our technician Armando come out the next morning. Armando was also very professional and organized and did a very nice clean install. He explained how to use the system and made sure to answer all questions. Brian and his team are very professional and I highly recommend. Definitely five stars!!!!!

Just purchased a home system. Brian was super informative and helpful on making the process quick and smooth. Once we agreed to the very affordable installation and monthly contract (including ADT Pulse app access), he was able to schedule installation the next morning.
Gil was our expert installer. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. I was told installation would be completed and we would be shown how to use the system in 2.5 hrs. Gil was in and out in exactly that time, and he provided a thorough tutorial about using the system.
All in All we are very happy with the service we received & ADT's follow up has been spot on.

Brian came by one night which worked out because I was at Best Buy earlier that day looking for a security camera system. Brian gave me a few options, he gave me some time to think about it and we signed right up we couldn't pass up the amazing deal that he gave us. They installed the system the very next day . The installation rep was also amazing he took the time to explain how the system worked. The cameras and the alarm system is amazing couldn't be happier. Yeah no one wants another bill but when it's for your security it all works out in the end. Thanks a bunch Brian!

I called and Brian came out that same day to talk to us about our security needs. I was planning on shopping around a little more, but after meeting and speaking with Brian, we decided to use his company. He knows his stuff. Gil installed the system and he is very knowledgeable. He explained how everything work and answered any questions we had. We did have a couple little glitches with our system, but Gil came out and took care of us. They did stand behind their work, which was refreshing. We are satisfied with the system and the service. My only complaint would be with installation appointment times. They should give a time frame (like a 1 hour window) of when they will arrive. We were told a set appointment time, and they didn't arrive at the scheduled time (twice). They made up for it with their service, but still was a littleinconvenient to be waiting at home. Overall - I would recommend, and it does seem like Brian goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy.

We started looking for a good dealer of ADT here at yelp coz we got tired of those dealers who were coming in our house pressuring us to get their services right away. Obviously they see that we weren't ready coz we just moved in that that day, busy and tired as hell and yet those dealers didn't respect that. All they cared about was the money or the deal. And I didn't like that attitude. Same thing when we called the numbers on those ADT flyers, even worse coz they were so rude and pressured us even more! So then, I found Brian on yelp and decided to give him a try for our ADT security system. Not knowing he is going to knock on our house to offer his services on that same day that we were going to call or walk into his office. What a weird coincidence!!! Brian was patient enough to answer all my husband's questions and he really knows his stuff! His guy came as scheduled and did a clean and smooth job! After a few days, we noticed that the back camera was not giving a good view at night. We called Brian, he sent Gil right away and was able to position the camera to its right angle. Brian even came to dropped by that night to check if everything is working fine. Thanks Brian for a very smooth transaction and for having professional installers. Another happy and satisfied customer here! I recommend Homestar Security for your ADT services!! Definitely a five star!!!

Just moved into our new home and contacted Brian for a quote on a security system. Could not have asked for a better experience. Brian met with my wife went over our home and our needs then proposed the best options available. He was great. Very informative without being the least bit pushy. He knew the product and how it would best suit our needs. Brian followed thru to make sure the installation was done as scheduled. His installer was neat and clean. No mess. After the installation was complete, he took the time to review all the aspects of the system. He went over how they functioned and how to program them. A week or so later, Brian came by again to make sure we were happy with the install and answer any questions we had. His whole purpose was to make sure we were happy. We would gladly recommend Home Star security to anyone looking for a security system.

I just started with the service 2 days ago. The people I dealt with are very helpful. I got a good deal. When it was installed, the person who installed it was so patient explaining to me and to my 2 little kids who will be staying with grandma all the time. He explained it well to us esp to the kids {ages 8 and 6} just in case there will be an emergency, what to do with the alarm since my mom panics all the time. Brandon made sure that we really understand how it works by asking me and my 8yr old son questions and let us demonstrate how the system works. My first concern that I told him is im afraid that he will put holes on my wall and the cables exposed. But he did great on that. My older sons didnt even noticed where the cable is. It was done perfect. Also he was so professional and very kind person. Overall service, I am satisfied. from the sales person Guillermo, Brian {who gave me a good deal} and Brandon.

We got our system set up a few months ago and I have to say I love it! My husband did all the foot work calling different adt dealers and Brian gave us the best deal! He gave my husband his cell number so anytime we had a question he was right there ready to answer it for us. Jim came to our house to install it and was very patient with us showing us how to use the key pad. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend.

Brian and team at HomeStar did a great job with our system purchase and install. While ADT is always available, Brian offers a level of local support that's responsive and very thorough. Our main box developed some technical glitches and after a quick call to Brian, Brent was able to come out and swap out the box right away. The system has been working great ever since. We also bought some cameras with our system (indoor and outdoor), and had them setup for motion capture. One of the cameras aimed out our patio recently captured someone walking up and looking into our window. We were able to save the video and send it to our local Police. Living in a ground-level unit, it's given us a lot of reassurance having the system. HomeStar and Brian and team are so personable, friendly and available to help, we really feel taken care of and know that if there's any issue or if we have any questions, they're always happy to help out. I would highly recommend them.
