"Nearly a week into having our new system in place and I am a very satisfied customer. Greg Blazek came to our house and took all the time we needed to explain (sometimes over and over again-- I have toddlers, brain = mush at times) and got us well versed in the system as a whole, what different options we had, etc.. Beyond the Review
Statistics say that 90% of us will base at least part or all of our decision on review sites. Apparently reviews really matter, but how else do you know that you found the right home security company. I often hear clients say that they checked us out with the Better Business Bureau. We hope you do to! We have an A+ rating with them. What you can learn from that is that we do make the occasional mistake, the way we handle and resolve mistakes rates an A+ with our customers. Here’s just one more review. Howard unfortunately did not have a perfect first experience:
"I now know that California Security Pro is serious about customer service and satisfying customers. I've increased my overall rating to 4 stars to reflect the experience I got during a 2nd visit that they conducted to resolve my initial issues. After my installation, I got multiple phone calls from people to see what my experience was, and once I communicated my displeasure with my initial experience, they were relentless in following up with me to understand exactly what happened and made sure they could resolve my situation as quickly as possible.
I think it was Pat (who I think is the installation manager) and Jesse who came to my house for this 2nd visit. Pat was great. He patiently listened to my concerns and thoroughly made his own evaluation about what I needed and was apologetic about what happened during my initial installation. He ended up making sure my house was fully secure and ended up installing both a zone expander (and reprogramming the names of various doors/windows/ areas in my house) and a smoke detector--both for no additional charge. This was totally unprompted and a very pleasant surprise.

It also sent a signal to ADT's monitoring center in Rochester, New York and the Sheriff's Department was dispatched.
