I never write reviews, but I had to come out of hibernation to share my experience with California Security Pro. It was exceptional.
We were traumatized after a break-in and decided that it was time to get serious about security.Larry came within one hour of our call, which was at 8:30pm. He was conscientious, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy in any way. It felt like a consultation, not a sales call, and the system we selected felt like the perfect fit. (So happy that we could get an alarm system that was mobile-enabled, by the way).
The installation was scheduled within one business day, and was also a great experience.
We feel so much safer in our home. The Bay Area sadly has the highest property theft rate in the country. I wouldn't look at any other dealer.

Personally, I never like or trust any security dealers because they always trying to sell you more stuffs that you don't need but until I met Larry Maerina. Larry took the time explain all about ADT security pro system and make sure we understand what we need. He is very honest and very professional. We highly recommend Larry Maerina at ADT. We live in Marin County and Larry did a great job selling us our ADT home security system. He is very professional and honest. He gave us a great monthly deal and even came by during the installation to insure everything was installed properly by the installation tech. I did a lot of homework in the search for a home security system and finally called CSP to come do a survey of our property and what solution they would recommend that would cover fire, intrusion and video monitoring. Larry Maerina come out shorty after my call and reviewed the property in detail. He explained the particular vulnerable points and the design concept for the system that CSP would install and the advanced protection that it would provide. Larry was great to work with and made clear that he will be around long after the system is up and running to make sure CSP continues to meet all of our protection needs. Don't screw around with any other alarm company. Call Larry Maerina, he will visit you, design the optimal system so you never overpay, work with Micah who will do an excellent efficient installation and both of these guys will only be a cellphone call away if you need them. It is rare today to have such good customer service. I did not know Larry or Micah before contacting their company, but now I do and recommend both of them very highly.

I worked with Larry Maerina to switch my home security home system from a small company to ADT, and the experience is great! Larry is very detail orientated to explain to us how the system works, and gave us tips about how to keep our house safe. Their equipment and technology are way more advanced than other companies that you can check hour home on your iPhone or iPad no matter where you are. I am very pleased with this company!! I was out of town when a friend informed me that my house had been vandalized, door knob pulled off etc but no entry, thankfully. I found this company through a web search and the receptionist ( sorry I didn't get her name) was very helpful and sympathetic and was able to send Larry out to the house that very afternoon, this was on a Saturday after Christmas too, very impressive to have such fast and friendly service! Larry was very thorough and spoke to me after assessing the house with the help of my friend. He quoted me very reasonable a rates and included a online discount and free sensor to boot. They arrived promptly on Monday and installed it and had it running in less than an hour and a half. I can access the alarm with ADT Pulse from my phone or iPad which helps a lot due to traveling . All in all a great experience, I would have done this a year ago if I had known it was this easy and affordable!

I contacted Larry Maerina from California Security Pro on the Friday prior to Labor Day weekend. Our home had just been broken into and I was leaving town for the week and worried about my wife being home alone. Larry came by the house OVER THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND to get the process started for the security system! Larry was honest and to the point about what would be best for our home and gave us a very fair estimate. The home already had an outdated security system and Larry gave us a plan to incorporate as much of the existing equipment as possible to save us money. The installation was scheduled ASAP and Carl Henderson came by to install the system. Carl is very professional, friendly, and prompt. He installed the system and my wife was very comfortable with him at the home and impressed with the service. Larry also came to the home again for the installation to make sure everything went smoothly. Oh, and by the way, it was all done before I left town for my trip! We have had a few minor glitches with our system caused by using our older equipment NOT sold to us by Larry. I contacted Larry and Carl was at the house before we knew it to update the out of date sensors that were misbehaving and the system works just as they promised. Great customer service. We are very satisfied with the service and system and highly recommend Larry and Carl to anyone interested in a home security system. Thank you Larry and Carl!

I recently bought home and i was pleasantly referred to an ADT sales rep, Larry Maerina. I called Larry and scheduled an appt. He was punctual and very professional. I never knew the crime activity in this area until he showed us on http://crimereports.com, which i now follow closely. He was very patient with me as I had many questions just to make sure i was making the right decisions. He pointed out many parts of my home that are vulnerable to forced or unforced entries. The information about burglaries and the benefits of the ADT alarm system made me look no further at the other alarm companies. I am thankful for his patience and his not so typical salesman approach. I was made to feel I had control and I made the right decisions. He also did not sell me anything that i did not need.
The installer was Carl Henderson. He was early and was very pleasant, professional and very efficient. He explained how the system works and made me comfortable using the system/keypad. I know first hand why this company is getting 5 stars. They have employees who are customer service oriented and follows through. Larry came to the installation just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Carl cleaned up after the installation and removed all debris- that's exceptional service!!!

Larry Marina came highly recommended to us. We called and within 4 hours, Larry was at our door. He gave us an overview of the company, our location, and services provided by ADT. 5 star rating for sales rep Larry Maerina and system installer Hector from California Security Pro / ADT. A job very well done.Recently I decided to put in an alarm system in my home for added security and a peace of mind. Without knowing much about the different alarm companies, I naturally went on line to do my research. Even though I always take on-line reviews with a grain of salt, since CSP has very good ratings, I decide to call them for a consultation.My sales rep Larry was extremely pleasant to work with. He was punctual, professional, informative and patient in explaining the security options he has to offer. Never at any time did I feel like I was under pressure to close the sales. When I told him I have an appointment with another alarm company for competitive bidding, he pointed out the pros and the cons and differences between the different systems without any negative talks which I found to be very professional. When I called Larry back for the 2nd consultation, he was once again punctual and patiently answered all my questions. During the signing of the contract, he carefully explained all the terms and charges to me and changed the length of contract with ADP from 3 to 2 years. I scheduled the installation on a Saturday and was given a 2 hour time slot appointment. About 1/2 hour before my installer Hector arrived, CSP called me to inform me he was on his way. Just like Larry, Hector was punctual, professional and courteous. He was very efficient with the install and completed it in about 1 1/2 hour. After the installation, he walked me through the system, showed me the different features and patiently explained to me how to use the system. From the sales to the installation, everything went very smoothly and so far I am quite satisfied with my alarm system. I would definitely recommend CSP to anyone who is interested in getting an home alarm system.

We finally decided on investing on a home alarm, my aunt recommended us to Larry Maerina. Larry did a home assessment and we were extremely pleased with his service. I am always a skeptic when it comes to sales people, but Larry was very honest. There were other equipments that i thought we needed and would've made the install more expensive but Larry explained the pros and cons and talked me into not getting them because we don't need it. He was true to his word that he will not try to sell us any unnecessary extras.
On the day of the install, Carl Henderson showed up. He was very professional. I always like to observe and ask a lot of questions whenever something is being installed in my home and Carl was extremely patient with me. He was quick and very efficient.
Post install, Larry showed up at my house and followed up as he promised just to check in and to make sure that everything went well. Two thumbs up for both Larry and Carl! Will definitely recommend!
