We just recently sign-up with ADT alarm through Security Pro. ADT is well know for their security system but I had always thought the cost was high compare to other security service company, but after contacting Security Pro, the price was very competitive. The setup process from start to end was very efficient and easy, my rep Taniqua Pino was very professional and knowledgeable. She got all my questions answer and had the system install the next day. I than ask for a upgrade to pulse and she was quick to complete the request, again the next day.

Our system was install by Chris Collins, he kept us inform on his arrival time and once his onsite, he got our system up and install flawlessly. Chris provided professional recommendation on how to maximize the ADT security system on where to place our sensors and was 100% professional throughout the installation.
