I am very happy we spoke with Grant. Our home is now set up with ADT alarm and Google Cameras. I got a quote from VIVINT and it was just WAYYYY too expensive. Longer contracts and equipment is outrageous even if financing. Grant and his team came in got straight to the point and literally worked for our business and answered all questions and concerns, very knowledgeable. We had Ring at our old house but it's a self service (at least right now) and with ADT you get the monitoring and warranty for the cameras. Where to start, Grant was an excellent representative for ADT. He worked with us every step of the way to get our old system that was installed up and running in the house we just bought. He included several security features for doors and windows that didn't have them prior and updated our system to make it work wonderfully. Matt who came out to install everything including our new nest thermostat was also great. He was super nice and efficient and an excellent choice for Grant to send to us new customers. I recently got an alarm installation through ADT.. I am really appreciative of how well this installation went Grant was the representative and Matt was the technician and they both worked diligently to ensure my needs where met! I got a key less entry door lock and google cameras where also installed. Amazing! Thank YouI purchased a new home and found this office on Yelp. I recently close escrow end of December and had a lot on my to-do list. Setting up ADT was one of those items on my list. Grant was proactive and reached out to discuss my home security system options within a week of us closing escrow. Talk about perfect timing. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the different products and services ADT offers. The next day the technician Matt came over to install the system and program it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as well answered all my questions on how to arm and disarm the system. I even had him move a previous sensor from one room to another because it was obstructed with a book shelf. He replaced all the batteries and gave me a direct number to him should anything come up. I should say off the bat I wasn't sure at first about switching over to ADT as I had used the same smaller security company for over 15 years. I'm so happy I did now though! I love my ADT pulse app and the front door camera I got is sooo great too! After considering different security systems and quotes we decided to get our alarm installation with ADT. There were several factors that went into the decision such as their wireless alarm equipment, ADT Pulse App, and we even upgraded one of our old smoke detectors with the ADT monitored photoelectric smoke detector! It is awesome! Grant Fecher helped us through the whole process and if you ever need someone to help you sift through all your options I highly suggest Grant! Recently moved and added a new alarm system. Grant Fecher was our rep and had a great attitude. One thing I appreciated is that when he rang the doorbell or knocked on the door, he stood about 10 feet back from the door as I opened it. It showed a respectful and conscientious demeanor. Great experience! This company and its employees are top notch! Grant was my representative - not only was he completely knowledgeable about the products and professional but he has followed up with me multiple times since I had my alarm system, outdoor camera, and ADT thermostat installed. I heard and read so many negative things about alarm companies and alarm systems. And ADT was no different. After calling several alarm companies, the only company that answered the phone was California Security Pro. And when I called back to make an appt (not expecting a person to answer at 8:30pm at night) someone actually answered the phone! I am also impressed with Grant Fecher. To be frank, we were super leery about utilizing an ADT security system after reviewing many internet comments. We had a utilized a fantastic hard-wired system from a great boutique security company in our previous home, but the installation was easily over $1k higher than the ADT system than the California Security Pro recommended. Financial considerations prevailed. Grant Fecher was the very professional sales representative that arrived for his appointment on time and offered us good solid advice without the "hard-sell." He reviewed the many technical options and pricing tiers clearly and precisely. Our technician Daniel Zartner was also extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. The installation went smoothly without a hitch, and the system integrated with the home without any glaring design obtrusions/obstructions. The California Security Pro team followed through several times after the installation to make sure we were happy. Lastly, we are extremely pleased with the ADT-Pulse app. You get to design your home layout and monitor every access point via your mobile device. Highly recommended.

Just had a great meeting with Grant Fecher from ADT. My partner and I are shopping around for a new security system for our home in Claremont, Ca and was really amazed with ADT's pricing and new features. I had ADT years ago and remember them as being good but I still wanted to "shop around" for the best price so we called 4 different companies. ADT was the only one that showed up on time and wasn't trying to push me into buying extra gadgets or features I didn't want. In fact, I keep trying to add on different features to my ADT package and Grant showed me how I could do the same thing be in a cheaper way. We just had our ADT security system installed about a week ago and everything works great. Our sales representative was Grant who explained the different packages they have to offer. We informed him what kind of security system we were interested in and he was able to suggests different types of systems and what was included with the system. The cost of the system we decided on was a reasonable price and he was very professional. Later that week, Daniel came by to install the system. Another polite and professional person who took his time to answer any questions, correctly install the system, make sure the system was working properly, and taught us how to use the system before he left. He was able to use the existing system that was not active and made sure all the sensors and motion detectors were working before installing the new system. We mentioned that one motion detector was giving us problems and he changed it with no additional costs. The system works great and now feel comfortable that our home is protected whether we are there or not. Since the install, customer service for both Grant and Daniel have been great. We've called them a couple times with follow up questions and they both were available to answer them. We are glad to know that they are only a phone call away if we need them. I would highly recommend this company.

The previous company I had dealt with before ca security pro was rude and obnoxious and tried to make me give them my social security number over the phone when I was in a busy store. Not only did ca security pro give me a better deal, but ca security pro was so nice, helpful, and professional that I cancelled my already scheduled installation with the other company and did business with ca security pro. This is where every one should turn to for home security.

The whole experience with CSP was fantastic. Our sales person (Grant) was amazing and our installer Danny truly worked magic on the cameras and wiring. I would recommend the service to anyone.
