I am very happy we spoke with Grant. Our home is now set up with ADT alarm and Google Cameras. I got a quote from VIVINT and it was just WAYYYY too expensive. Longer contracts and equipment is outrageous even if financing. Grant and his team came in got straight to the point and literally worked for our business and answered all questions and concerns, very knowledgeable. We had Ring at our old house but it's a self service (at least right now) and with ADT you get the monitoring and warranty for the cameras. Where to start, Grant was an excellent representative for ADT. He worked with us every step of the way to get our old system that was installed up and running in the house we just bought. He included several security features for doors and windows that didn't have them prior and updated our system to make it work wonderfully. Matt who came out to install everything including our new nest thermostat was also great. He was super nice and efficient and an excellent choice for Grant to send to us new customers. I recently got an alarm installation through ADT.. I am really appreciative of how well this installation went Grant was the representative and Matt was the technician and they both worked diligently to ensure my needs where met! I got a key less entry door lock and google cameras where also installed. Amazing! Thank YouI purchased a new home and found this office on Yelp. Grant came out and looked at the house and offered a great deal and got next installment with Google cameras and ADT smart thermostat. I recently close escrow end of December and had a lot on my to-do list. Setting up ADT was one of those items on my list. Grant was proactive and reached out to discuss my home security system options within a week of us closing escrow. Talk about perfect timing. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the different products and services ADT offers. The next day the technician Matt came over to install the system and program it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as well answered all my questions on how to arm and disarm the system. I even had him move a previous sensor from one room to another because it was obstructed with a book shelf. He replaced all the batteries and gave me a direct number to him should anything come up. "PEACE OF MIND!"I couldn't be happier with the service or the product I received. I recently moved here from Oakland and converted my garage into a recording studio. I booked a tour with my band and suddenly realized I had a LOT to lose leaving all my gear in a place with no security. We had a great experience with California Security Pro! We first met with Otis and were very impressed by his professionalism as well as the way that he listened and took time to answer all of our questions. He was very helpful and no-pressure... Definitely not the pushy salesman type. Once we signed the contract with him, we had Ron come do the installation. He also was very helpful and willing to listen to our questions and give thorough answers. We were referred by a friend and within a few days Otis came out and took his time in explaining why a home security system is important, the different options offered and broke down how the sensors would be setup. After a few hours we were confident enough in purchasing a system for our home. If we had the time we would have had it installed the next day or during the week. But the following Saturday their technician, Christian, came by set up the system and showed us how to use it. He was gone in a flash. It was that easy. Does the system work? Fortunately we haven't had a real test but within 15 minutes of Christian leaving, LAPD came by because they received the signal that the alarm went off. We use the alarm each and every time we leave the house. We sleep much more comfortable and feel a lot safer. Thanks guys!!

We suffered a brake in on our rental unit in the Sivlerlake area of Los Angeles. My tenant was shooken up. We called California Security Pro and I spoke to Jerrett who was professional and was able to schedule an install within 72 hours. Daniel came to do the install of the equipment and he was on time (If not early), professional, and got right down to installation. When it came time to teach us about the alarm system, Daniel was patient and had no problem repeating info several times. Daniel gave me his contact info and stated if I needed anything to call. The next day I got a follow-up call from Jerrett who was checking in and wanted to know how the install went. The customer service and professionalism to be applauded I have another security system in my home.......which shall remain nameless..... and the customer service from this company does not reach ADT's.
