Matt & Pat from California Security Pro took great care of me! I had just moved into my house in West Oakland and within the first week had packages stolen and a few other fun incidents take place. They gave me a great deal on equipment & installation, and importantly, were realy fast. I called them on a Weds, they came to see the place on Friday afternoon, and installation happened Saturday morning first thing. I'm now set up amazingly well and feeling safe in my new home.

Great service fast install and very happy with Adt! We called for a quote and they came out the very next day promptly at the time they told us. Matt Moorhead was straight forward and attentive to our needs. He gave us a great package deal and we signed up that day. If you want to be treated like friends and family he is the person to ask for! They installed within the week and had one issue. Mike the installer came out right away and fixed the problem we were having. Overall great experience, super professional and fast speedy service. That's all you can ask for nowadays. I have a home that I recently purchased and it had been vacant since I purchased as it needed much repairs.  During the repairs, there were 3 break-ins in the last 2 days and I needed someone you could QUICKLY set me up with an alarm system as I was already in need of an additional $1800 in repairs due to these vandals.  Mathew Moorhead (Field Manager) met me the next day and set me up with an installer within 24 hrs.  He saw the need and took care of my problem fast and with customer care.  I have used other alarm companies in the past but it is all about the individual and how they treat your needs.  I highly recommend calling Mathew and am very happy with their service.

Great experience! Excellent customer service, Matthew Moorhead came to my house on a Sunday.  I had my car broken into in my driveway the night before. He walked through my house assessing what would be the best options for me. He patiently explained how the plans worked and was able to schedule an appointment with a technician within two days. I am definitely recommending him to my family and friends!!
