Once I called to inquire about a home security system, I was promptly set up with Dorelle Kemp, who arrived at my home 'on-time' and completely capable of looking at the property and making recommendations. I had already over-estimated what I might need and Dorelle focused on what I wanted and made a proposal that was better than what I expected.
Within a couple of days, the system was installed, tested and both specialists tested and re-tested the system, did some training and it was done.
Under budget, satisfied and willing to recommend this team and their services to anyone.
The right kind of people you would want to do your work. Dorelle, Pat and Mike were great for us.

Joseph Abeyta is the best rep I have ever run across. He was super knowledgeable and asked me a ton of questions to find out exactly what I needed. He wasn't out to just make a sale... he wanted to do what was right for me, even if that meant not overdoing it with extra accessories he could have sold me. He spent way more time with me than he probably should have, but never made me feel rushed or that he wasn't willing to give me as much time as I needed. He continues to check on me and my satisfaction even a month later. Seriously give him a call at (925)-914-0140!

If at all possible, request Mikel Simon as your installer. He is outstanding! He is super knowledgeable as well. He also spent a ton of time getting things just right and installing my system in a way that works great but also discrete for my needs. I had one faulty sensor the next day and he came over on his own time to replace it. Outstanding customer service!

Great service fast install and very happy with Adt! We called for a quote and they came out the very next day promptly at the time they told us. Matt Moorhead was straight forward and attentive to our needs. He gave us a great package deal and we signed up that day. If you want to be treated like friends and family he is the person to ask for! They installed within the week and had one issue. I have a home that I recently purchased and it had been vacant since I purchased as it needed much repairs. During the repairs, there were 3 break-ins in the last 2 days and I needed someone you could QUICKLY set me up with an alarm system as I was already in need of an additional $1800 in repairs due to these vandals. Mathew Moorhead (Field Manager) met me the next day and set me up with an installer within 24 hrs. He saw the need and took care of my problem fast and with customer care. I have used other alarm companies in the past but it is all about the individual and how they treat your needs. I highly recommend calling Mathew and am very happy with their service.
