Once I called to inquire about a home security system, I was promptly set up with Dorelle Kemp, who arrived at my home 'on-time' and completely capable of looking at the property and making recommendations. I had already over-estimated what I might need and Dorelle focused on what I wanted and made a proposal that was better than what I expected.
Within a couple of days, the system was installed, tested and both specialists tested and re-tested the system, did some training and it was done.
Under budget, satisfied and willing to recommend this team and their services to anyone.

My objective was to provide a sense of security for my wife when I was away, and to have remote camera access to the exterior of the home.  After considering a number of other less expensive options, I requested an ADT contact via their website.  Surprisingly, I had a return call within hours, and set up a home visit for the next day.  The home visit went well, a two-year contract was signed and the installation was scheduled and accomplished within days.  I was very impressed with the entire process as well as the quality of the final product - wireless.  The three cameras record any motion and save the images for 30 days.  Recommend them highly.

We recently installed a new ADT home alarm system through CA Security Pro. Dorelle came to our home and did a detailed inspection and recommended the equipment needed to meet our objectives. She didn't try to pressure us into products we didn't need and was extremely helpful and professional. A pleasure to do business with. Pat, the technician who installed our system the next day was outstanding. After all the sensors were in place he spent time walking through all the monitors, features and web app. Before leaving he provided his cell phone number and encouraged us to call with any questions. His professionalism and expertise certainly set him apart. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end with no surprises. A good company with great people.

"Very Satisfied"

The Area Representative (Dorelle) came out to our house a month after we moved in. She did an excellent job of explaining all of the options to us. We felt very confident in her advice, and she seemed really interested in giving us what we wanted and what would be the best for us (not necessarily the most expensive options). We really liked her kindness and honesty.
Rene was the excellent technician that came to our to set everything up. He was also very good, and did everything very quickly. We're very satisfied with the service so far, and I would recommend this security system without hesitation.
