All around the experience with California security pro has been great. Dorelle came to our business, showed us our options and helped us figure out what fit our needs. It turns out that when the equipment was installed, we ended up with an even nicer keypad than we had chosen. Pat, our installer, was super fast and knowledgeable. He set us up with the software and login and made sure we had the app downloaded as well. Btw, the app is awesome and is an easy way to turn the alarm on/off if you are away. As a new home owner needing an immediate security system and after being delayed on the installation by the security division of Comcast for over a month, I was very lucky when Dorelle contacted us. Her whole professionalism, great attitude, knowledge and prompt response made us buy the ADT system without a doubt. Dorelle answered all of our questions and walked us through the whole process on how everything works. I must say that her prices were the best compared to about 6 other vendors for ADT Sec. Had just moved into our new house when Dorelle came around and introduced herself. She was very friendly and informative and not the least bit pushy like some outfits trying to sell you stuff the minute you set foot in the neighborhood. I made an appointment with her for the following week and she arrived promptly. Dorelle is very friendly and keeps things light, no heavy sales pitch at all .She explained the product and all the features we had options to get. She even offered to throw in a few extras but still did not pressure us to make a decision at the appointment. This made us feel comfortable enough to sign up and so we made an appointment for Carl to install the new equipment.On the day of the installation Dorelle kept us informed and called us before the arrival time to say that Carl had been held up at another appointment and gave us a more accurate time that he would be there. When Carl arrived he apologized for the delay and quickly went to work getting the new equipment installed. He then carefully went through all of the instructions on how to use the system. I am very low tech and he made things easy to understand. We have not had any issues since the installation and the billing process has been smooth as well. Thank you Dorelle and Carl for helping us check one important thing off of our move-in list!

I was really not looking forward to our meeting w/the representative from CSP. Besides being aggrieved about the need for the alarm, I was geared up for a battle of wits with some smooth talking, hard-sell salesperson trying to end his/her weekend with a big sale. I was so relieved and delighted to ab-so-lutely wrong. Dorelle was a delight to work with; she was easy to talk to, she "listened to learn", she was highly resourceful and professional. And then came Micah, a few days later, to make the installation. This young man is like sunshine walking through your door. Again, delightful to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I would highly recommend CSP ... and if you can get Dorelle and Micah, well then, you really have won!

We recently had California Security Pro install our security system. Our sales rep Dorelle has been wonderful to work with! She truly made the entire process quick and easy. She sat down and explained all of our options and helped us determine how we wanted our system to work. She helped us schedule our install, stopped by during the install and followed up after a few weeks past by. Carl, the technician who did our install, was really professional, friendly and efficient. He set everything up, showed us how to use our keypads, cameras and how to login to the ADT Pulse app and website and make sure everything was setup. I met Dorelle for this company at the Alameda County Fair. After I took possession of my new home she came out to my home on time and ready to work. She gave excellent suggestions and was both knowledgeable and forthcoming with suggestions. Not only did she offer up an equipment solution she also had tips for keeping the house more secure beyond the security system. If this is the face of the company, the company in my opinion makes excellent hiring decisions. I would use this company for future needs in my home security. This review is long over due. I had an ADT alarm system installed in my new residence by California Security Pro. Dorelle and Hector helped me throughout the whole process. Dorelle was my sales representative and Hector was my installation technician. Dorelle was very honest and welcoming during the entire process. She also went out of her way to make the transition as smooth as possible. When ever there was an issue from installation to billing, she quickly took care of the situation. Hector is a great technician. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. Hector made multiple return trips to my residence to solve any issues that I had. When he could not make it to my place he walked me though trouble shooting the issue either via the phone or text. We have just moved to a new home and were considering having an alarm system installed in our home even before the move. We were flooded with pamphlets and brochures for security monitoring systems and were very happy to choose this company Dorelle was very accommodating to our busy schedules and came to our place in the evening. Installation was done on a weekend and Dorelle came back on the same day, to check that the installation was as promised and to show us how to arm and disarm the system once installed. She also came back once again, a few days after the installation to check if we had any questions or concerns. Great customer service. The technician who performed the installation (Kyle),was very knowledgeable, through and courteous. Everything was done very professionally and with aesthetics in mind. The service here is amazing. Dorelle and Hector have been very spectacular from beginning to end. Both are very knowledgeable with their products, follow through and training. We had our system installed about a month ago. It took about 2 hrs because our old security system had to be taken out which is pretty good timing considering within that time frame, Hector took the time to educate us about the system and it's functionality and our options to add to it in the future. Dorelle their sales rep. was also present during the installation to ensure everything went smoothly and to answer any additional questions we had. The follow up from Dorelle, Hector and their back office has been very efficient. We have peace of mind having this alarmed installed and knowing they have very efficient and knowledgeable we can depend on.

Great service and great product. Recently had our alarm installed with wireless sensors, motion detectors, and wired fire alarms (which I particularly like because the house is secured better in the event of fire when we're not home). Also have the pulse application for our iphone/ipad so I can manage the system remotely for when friends or family come over and when we're not there, etc. Dorelle was our representative and she was very personable and gave us a high level of service before and after our installation!

I have a very good experience with its services. The representative Dorelle Kemp contacted me at my house few days after I moved in. She had explained how the service is working, what options are available and pricing information for different packages. I wasn't ready at the time and asked her to come back in couple of months after I settled in. She came back in two month and had answered all my questions. I had done research on available deals and competitive pricing. After short negotiations we had secured a contract which I think was a good deal and in my favor. She had scheduled installation appointment for me and even offered to go to the store and buy groceries for me, since I was a little under the weather at the time. It was very nice of her and I really appreciate a human kindness. The installer tech Carl came at the scheduled time and installed everything very fast and clean, explained how the device is working and left me his contact phone in case I have any questions. Dorelle visited me at the same day after the installation was completed to confirm that everything is working and I am satisfied. Very pleasant experience and would recommend it.

The Area Representative (Dorelle) came out to our house a month after we moved in. She did an excellent job of explaining all of the options to us. We felt very confident in her advice, and she seemed really interested in giving us what we wanted and what would be the best for us (not necessarily the most expensive options).
