Recordnet: 3 Dead, 4 Injured In Stockton, California, Shooting, - police spokesman Joe Silva told the Los Angeles Times that the crime occurred outside a convenience store near downtown Stockton at around 8:30 p.m. In a Facebook post, Stockton police said that two women, aged 20 and 27, and a 24-year-old man were killed in the shooting. 911 reports: Dog stabbed during dispute - STOCKTON — A pet dog out for a walk was stabbed in the neck when it attempted to protect its owner from a knife-wielding assailant who falsely accused the owner of shooting at him, police reported. The incident occurred at 5:49 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Glendora Avenue near John Adams Elementary School in north Stockton while the victim was out taking his dog on a morning walk, according to a report. Home-invasion robbery goes awry when one assailant shoots another - STOCKTON - A Stockton family fought off four would-be robbers with a baseball bat during a home invasion on Blossom Circle Friday morning, police said. A suspect was dropped off at a local hospital suffering a gunshot wound sustained when one family member began swinging the bat in self-defense, and one of the robbers accidentally fired his gun.
