I was referred to Jarrett McAllister from a friend who had a recent install and was really happy with their service. I was wanting an alarm system with cameras due to recent break ins in my neighborhood so I decided to give him a call. Everything from there was so easy! He was telling me about this special they were having which seemed too good to be true, but sure enough, I've had my install, first months bill and rebate as promised and I'm really surprised! Huge thanks to Joe Abeyta for getting me set up with my new ADT system! I met with Joe last Thursday and he was extremely professional and patient with all of my questions. Joe and I talked through all the options and decided that the pulse system would be the best fit for my needs. I have an extremely tight schedule, but Joe was able to accommodate it and scheduled me for the following Monday. Pat the installer arrived right on time and was awesome! He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the system, and really spent time going over exactly how everything worked, which was wonderful. About a day later, Joe contacted me to make sure everything was working correctly and to see if I had any questions. Which I did, and was very thankful that he reached out to me, as I was able to clarify some things on the app and exactly how to use parts of the system with him. I've been showing how cool this app and system is to everyone I know! I just had my ADT Alarm system installed by kyle he's was the best he couldn't find a phone line that was hot but he never gave up he was patient , kind, and caring about my safety ,so he kept on it until he got it right! In the mean time my rep. Chris shows up and he stays until my installation was complete and I was trained on how my system worked. I just had my system installed today and I must say I am very impressed! This is my first home security system so I didn't know a lot going into it, but my sales rep Joe Abeyta did a great job explaining all the options; a lot of which I had no idea could be tied into an alarm system. With all the crimes I see in the news these days I finally decided I didn't want to be one of the people who was burglarized BEFORE deciding to protect my family. Joe went through all the options with me and made some great recommendations. I liked that I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything, but more just being informed on available options while he recommended what really seemed to be the best fit for me. I decided to go with it and he was able to schedule my installation for just a few days later, with a time slot that worked well with my busy schedule which was impressive. The day of the installation I received a call from both my sales rep to let me know who my installer was and to expect a call from him. Pat(the installer) called before his arrival window and gave me an arrival time which he then beat by about 3 minutes which was nice as I really got the feeling that he valued my time. He was very professional and really respected my home with things like asking about the cats being indoor only so as not to let them out, wearing shoe coverings, and keeping a clean work space. He looked and acted professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Once he finished installing everything he walked me through how it all worked which the sales rep had also done and everything was shown and explained exactly the same which was great because it already felt familiar. All in all it was a great experience, and was also a lot more affordable than I would have thought. I will sleep well tonight knowing my family and my home are protected. Having the peace of mind and security while u are at home or away is expected of any alarm system. However I did not expect such great customer service when Joffre Bolda rang our door bell. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made choosing California Security Pro so easy. Along with Joffre and Jesse our technician, the set up was flawless. Jesse even made suggestions that made the location of the sytem so much more pleasing than what i would've have done and regretted! This might seem like a small deal but this is my first home and my first time decorating the home of my dreams... so Jesse's input really save me in terms of not having to decorate around that HUGE security pad! Both were so patient and answered any questions i had and gave me their numbers to contact in-case I had any trouble along the way. Overall, it was a great kick start working with professionals that provided us with our first great experience in our new home and now with a great alarm system, we can relax and begin to make more wonderful experiences and memories here. Called and scheduled appointment . Service Rep Joffre Bolda came to my home and went over ADT contract, offers and made suggestions about how to protect my home. We scheduled install date and both. Very helpful with where to place alarms. Installer Renee Mayorga very neat on install and made sure we were happy with where control panel would be installed. We are very happy with ADT and job they did.

I live in a neighborhood that is mostly minority families but with some sketchy apartments a few blocks away with some unsavory characters walking about. I had been strongly considering an alarm system since I bought the house. One day I received a personalized card on my door from Ryan Zach offering a free consultation for a home alarm. I had received several other offers in the mail but the personalized touch prompted me to set up an appointment. Ryan arrived on-time and was very professional, assessing my needs and offering me a variety of packages that would fit my budget. After deciding on an ADT Pulse the install guy Jesse came the next day and did a great job putting everything together and explaining the system. Ryan even stopped by to make sure everything went smoothly. I feel much safer now with the ADT sign in my front yard. The service I received was great and I would recommend.

CSP installed a security system at my home recently, and I could not have been more pleased with their service. Lance Quevillion provided the initial sales support and suggested the system that was most appropriate for my circumstances. Lance was very personable, professional, and thorough with his information. The system was installed without delay by their technician Carl. The latter was also very pleasant, very capable, neat in the performance of his work, as well as super helpful in explaining the use and operation of the new equipment. This company installed a security systems at my home last week, and I could not be more pleased. Their sales representative, Lance Quevillon, visited my house prior to the installation to assess my needs and explain what his company could do for me. Looking forward to having my first security system installed this week. I have really wanted a system but was very turned off from another company last Summer. They were going over their sales pitch and my mother was not feeling well. She was with me and it was quite evident she did not feel well. Instead of understanding that it was not a good time, they pushed me to make a quick decision. Additionally, they ran my credit without my permission andI did not know until later when I received my credit report. I decided to give Jarrett a chance and I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge, commitment, patience, and friendly disposition. I am glad that Califronia Security Pro knocked on my door. My wife and I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment with Jarrett who showed up on time ready to discuss our security needs. Jarrett spent alot of time with us going over what we really needed to make our house more secure. He did not try to upsell us on products that we didn't need and just spent time taking care of what was really necessary. We cut a deal and he set up the install just a few days later. The technician showed up exactly on time and made sure that we were on the exact same page as to where he was installing our products. All in all it was a great experience and our home is now good to go. I just need to follow up with Jarrett to make sure that he gets his paperwork over to my homeowners insurance so I can save a little more. I certainly expect that he will take care of this as he has done everything else well.

I have had other security companies for my business but i have now switched to CA Security pros. they came to my businesss and gave me really good deal on installing an ADT alarm. Jarett and Greg answered all my questions promptly and were very professional. the installer came in the next day " on time " and was very professional as well. he answered all my questions about the key pad and all the sensors. i strongly recommend them to all my other business colleagues and friends and family !!

I was looking for an Alarm company and after about out a week of research I found that ADT would be the best choice. They sent out a rep. (Jarrett McAllister) to my home. He was one of the most professional, respectful people that I have met. His customer service skills were exceptional and that is something that is very hard to find these days! He was very helpful, answered all my questions in a very detailed manner. Not to mention they are a top rated product that I could still afford. The alarm was installed right away and was live as soon as the installer left. I am very pleased with this product and as a single woman living alone in a not so good area, I can finally have a decent nights sleep. I am and I would recommend Jarrett Mc McAllister to anyone looking for an alarm Company!!!

FIrst impressions mean everything. From the moment I called ADT and the friendly service over the phone to the installer and how he conducted the install everything went great. Maria, who was there from start to finish, scheduled everything, answered all my questions and was amazing over all.
Last week our house was burglarized and my wife had not felt comfortible even being at home with the kids. ADT came out the next day and had everything set up allowing us to sleep better knowing our kids were safer. Rene the installer was very proffessional and gave us a thorough step by step of the system.
So like I said, first impressions are everything and I am giving 5 stars because everything went off without a hitch.

I just got my Alarm installed by California Security Pro. Their price is reasonable and their installation service was great. The installation technician was very helpful during the whole installation. He dint rush. He was very flexible when I decide changing the location of the main controller.
