I never write reviews, but I had to come out of hibernation to share my experience with California Security Pro. It was exceptional.
We were traumatized after a break-in and decided that it was time to get serious about security. Larry came within one hour of our call, which was at 8:30 pm. He was conscientious, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy in any way. It felt like a consultation, not a sales call, and the system we selected felt like the perfect fit. Grant came in and showed us all our options and how we could afford a wireless system...he was knowledgeable, patient with all our questions and helpful with solutions. He didn't oversell us but worked within our budget. He also showed up the day of installation to make sure everything was flowing according to plan. I enjoyed working with this company. I ask a lot of questions, and everyone I dealt with was very patient and accommodating. Otis was my point of contact, he assessed my home, and gave me a fair quote for the installation of my alarm system. After deciding I wanted to move ahead with the service, Ron was the actual person who installed it, and he did a great job - very nice, knowledgeable and, again, patient as I questioned him about the possibility of using motion sensors vs. glass break, placement of smoke detectors, etc. I recommend!

I had my alarm installed by Ron Loetz and I have to say it was a great experience. Ron installed motion, door, and window sensors anywhere I wanted them. He also walked me through the whole system and how to work everything. to anyone looking to buy an alarm system!

"boy they didn't disappoint."A stellar track record on Angie's List and Yelp led me to California Security Pro and boy they didn't disappoint. I did a ton of research online on different monitoring companies and found that while ADT is the largest provider in the US, service levels can vary significantly by region depending on the dealer. Lucky for me the folks over at CSP have been top notch and my rep in particular, Angel, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Angel was very good in explaining his product and why they're differentiated. I also didn't feel pressure to give him the sale which was refreshing. He's extremely professional and I don't think Ive met an individual that's more dedicated to their job in a while. Seems like he's constantly seeking professional improvement. I've had a number of follow up questions since my installation and he's been quick to respond to everything, day or night, and always with a positive attitude. "I hope this company realizes what a gem they have in Mr. Rodriguez,"I am very impressed with the service I received from Mr. Angel Rodriguez. Despite a several last minute changes and some very inconvenient requests made under my account, Mr. Rodriguez was surprisingly cordial and willing to help...even after his work-hours in the evenings. He was very patient and courteous and he took care of everything on time. He always responded on time and kept all his promises, even when I had to make so many last minute changes to my orders.

I couldn't be happier with the service or the product I received. I recently moved here from Oakland and converted my garage into a recording studio. I booked a tour with my band and suddenly realized I had a LOT to lose leaving all my gear in a place with no security. I called Jarrett McAllister and he was able to make the thing happen quicker for me since I was on such a time crunch. Ron Loetz came over and installed everything pretty quick and explained everything very clearly to me. I left for my trip the next day feeling pretty at peace knowing my stuff was secure. PEACE OF MIND!

We just moved a few weeks ago and was in need of a home security system. We were bombarded with mailers and door hangers. But one thing stood out. It was the social media posting and Yelp reviews of someone I knew from years ago, Danny Tresierras. I immediately gave him a call and we set an appointment for the next afternoon. He went through the programs and costs, was not pushy at all. I chose my program and Chris Champagne the technician was out the next morning to install. I've a few glitches in the system over the next few days but Danny and Chris were always one phone call away to resolve any issue.
