I have to say, there were some stressful conversations with ADT during our move... but Taniqua from Security Pro was helping me stay calm and continued to help me even when she was not at work. She was texting me from her cell phone on her day off even. She was great! Our installer was also wonderful... I wish I remembered his name. He was kind and worked hard for us too. Highly recommended!!!
I called Homestar Security to see about setting up a system for our home, Brian came out the same day to assess the house and give us different options of security. He is very informative and honest. Two days later, Santiago came to our home and installed the security system and explained every little detail you need to know about the system, he is very patient. Everything was setup in just a couple hours. 
If you're looking for a Home Security System, Homestar is definitely the way to go.

I have contacted at least four security experts to set up an anti-theft alarm system at my brand new custom home.  Due to a variety of reasons, either because of costs, insufficient technical expertise, etc., the deals all fell through.  I was so frustrated that I suspended the project.  One year later, a much wiser and experienced me renewed the search.  I found California Pro and connected with Taniqua, their sales representative.  How refreshing!  A deal was struck on the first phone call.  Installation followed a week later.  Now, it is done and working perfectly.  And I feel safe in my own home, at last.  I might add that it is a complicated job - what with about 50 sensors and a combination of hard wired and wireless hybrid systems.  The best part was the great price!

This is a long overdue review. I have installed the ADT alarm system last summer. Taniqua Pino was really patient & helpful. She wasn't pushy at all. She answered all my questions and made sure that I had a great deal. I had a few hiccups during the process and I was about to cancelled the order. However, her professionalism & customer services made me changed my mind. I ordered an ADT security system last year. My main point of contact was Taniqua Pino. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! Her customer service was truly a 10 despite a few hiccups that arose during the process. Several issues came up--changed service from one location to another in an 18 month period, one of my cameras was stolen, the install team had to re-schedule, but Taniqua intervened on my behalf and made the entire process seamless. She also followed up, both my phone and email to ensure the install was completed to my satisfaction and address any concerns after the fact. Again, truly a 10!!!

We just recently sign-up with ADT alarm through Security Pro. ADT is well know for their security system but I had always thought the cost was high compare to other security service company, but after contacting Security Pro, the price was very competitive. The setup process from start to end was very efficient and easy, my rep Taniqua Pino was very professional and knowledgeable. She got all my questions answer and had the system install the next day. I than ask for a upgrade to pulse and she was quick to complete the request, again the next day. 

Our system was install by Chris Collins, he kept us inform on his arrival time and once his onsite, he got our system up and install flawlessly. Chris provided professional recommendation on how to maximize the ADT security system on where to place our sensors and was 100% professional throughout the installation.
