We recently moved to Antioch from the South Bay and were looking into getting an alarm system whe Joseph Abeyta from ADT came by to greet us. He wasn't pushy at all in going over all of our various options for how to have our system monitored. We didn't get the pre-wired model so we had to go with a wireless system which worked out very well for us. We decided to go with the pulse app and so far have been very glad we did. Our installation went very smooth and only took about two hours. Hector, our installer was also very professional and clean. The day after we had our system put in, Joseph came back to help us get our App all set up and also went out of his way to recommend various improvements that we could make ourselves to the outside of our home and garage to make our house more secure. It's been a couple of months since I've had my alarm installed and it has given me more peace of mind. I'm glad our sales representative Joffre showed us the ADT pulse feature. We're able to see who's ringing at the door from our iPad. Joffre has been great and everything we have questions, he's always willing to help. Definitely would recommend him and pulse service.

I submitted an request for info on Sunday evening and had a call from California Security Pro on Monday (Memorial Day!). I had an appointment for the walk-through on Tuesday and had my ADT system installed today (Wednesday). Ryan and Bryan were awesome during the walk-through and Jesse was on time for the installation and walked me through everything every step of the way. I got a follow up phone call after the installation from Ryan just making sure everything went okay. You also get direct contact info for everyone for any issues. A++. I'd give more stars if I could.

Jason Greathouse with Ca Security Pro what can I say. Well...We kept getting this call on our caller ID figured it was a sales call we normally ignored it. This time we picked up. We have not had any problems thus far with the system and I would recommend it to friends and family. I had a question today and he answered it with no problems. Any time I have talked to him he is upbeat, thou-rough, and what most don't do he said he would send me something by email and he did with in matter of minutes then called me back again to tell me it went though. My name is Faqir and I was referred to Larry Maerina through his friend at AAA insurance. I called Larry and he responded right away and scheduled an appt to meet at my house at 12 noon on Sunday. I and my wife strongly recommend Steve Simmons of California Security Pro. He made a home visit to us and took the time and explained the entire process.
