I have a home that I recently purchased and it had been vacant since I purchased as it needed much repairs. During the repairs, there were 3 break-ins in the last 2 days and I needed someone you could QUICKLY set me up with an alarm system as I was already in need of an additional $1800 in repairs due to these vandals. Mathew Moorhead (Field Manager) met me the next day and set me up with an installer within 24 hrs. He saw the need and took care of my problem fast and with customer care. Data Provided

Crime in the United States, 2012, presents data tables containing information on the topics listed below. Data users can download Microsoft Excel spreadsheets of the data tables and Adobe PDFs of most of the text shown.

Offenses Known to Law Enforcement—Includes information about violent crime offenses (murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault) and property crime offenses (burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson).

Expanded offense data—Provides additional data that the program collects on the eight offenses. Depending on the offense, these details may include the type of weapon and the type and value of items stolen. For the offense of murder, expanded homicide data include information about murder victims, offenders, and circumstances that are collected as supplemental homicide data.

Clearances—Furnishes information about crimes “solved” either by arrest or exceptional means.

Persons Arrested—Provides the number of arrests made by law enforcement and the age, gender, and race of arrestees for the 28 offenses (see Offense Definitions) for which the UCR Program publishes arrest data.

Police Employee Data—Supplies information regarding sworn officers and civilian law enforcement personnel.

The installation was successful, a clean, professional job.

After seven years with a non-functioning alarm, we decided to go ahead and get our alarm up and running again with California Security Pro/ADT. We had frayed wires, a missing key pad, and all manner of problems. Their installer arrived on time and fully prepared to tackle the problems. The installation was successful, a clean, professional job. Our installer was both friendly and helpful. He had to make a return visit to install equipment that wasn't ready at the time of his first visit. The second visit was exactly like the first. Our alarm works terrific and we now have the peace of mind that only a home alarm can bring. Although we live in Bakersfield, nearly 90 minutes from their offices, they have provided outstanding service and on-time performance. I highly recommend California Security Pro.
