I recently bought home and i was pleasantly referred to an ADT sales rep, Larry Maerina. I called Larry and scheduled an appt. He was punctual and very professional. I never knew the crime activity in this area until he showed us on http://crimereports.com, which i now follow closely. He was very patient with me as I had many questions just to make sure i was making the right decisions. He pointed out many parts of my home that are vulnerable to forced or unforced entries. The information about burglaries and the benefits of the ADT alarm system made me look no further at the other alarm companies. I am thankful for his patience and his not so typical salesman approach. I was made to feel I had control and I made the right decisions. He also did not sell me anything that i did not need.
The installer was Carl Henderson. He was early and was very pleasant, professional and very efficient. He explained how the system works and made me comfortable using the system/keypad. I know first hand why this company is getting 5 stars. They have employees who are customer service oriented and follows through. Larry came to the installation just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Carl cleaned up after the installation and removed all debris- that's exceptional service!!!

"Very polite and professional."
We moved to Vallejo in March and had thought about getting ADT. About a week after we moved in a man named Andy Hale knocked on my door and was an ADT rep. After talking with him and that day a couple weeks went buy and two guys from G.E. security knocked on my door. After telling them i was going with ADT they still kept trying to sell G.E. security to me. It was then i called California security pro to verify that Andy Hale was in fact an ADT rep. He was very polite and said he could explain how everything works The woman on the phone at ca. sec. pro was very helpful and did in fact confirm my question. We then met with Andy at our house and he explained the different packages and options to us. Again he was very polite and professional and didn’t seem to mind when we asked him to repeat something which was a few times. It was a good to work with someone you felt comfortable with. I did not feel comfortable with that other security provider.

Several weeks ago an ADT sales person (Andy Hale) came to my door. Since I live up 17 steps from my front door I asked who it was from my greenhouse porch windows. I ended up sending him away even though he seemed like a nice man. I had had other ADT sales persons before and didn't feel I needed an alarm system. Well, Andy returned about a week or so later. This time I went downstairs to meet him. He said he knew of several robberies in my neighborhood lately. I also knew of them at that time. He said he was concerned about me. He told me about the ADT new systems, including the remote control and how it works. One of the new systems seemed to fit my needs very well. I have a friend who has ADT and has to scurry to the system box and put in her code. I don't scurry very well lately (up 17 steps, remember). Once I go up, I don't want to have to go back down again and carry whatever I want up the steps. I try to plan my trips up and down. Now, all I have to do is push my remote button to turn off the system, and take my time, with my arms full of whatever, up the steps. I am so grateful that Andy didn't give up on me or take "No" for an answer. He calls to see how I am doing with the ADT and asks if he can answer any questions or help in any other way. He did not just sell me the system and forget me. Thank you, Andy. I will refer my friends to you with confidence that they will be taken care of with good service, just like I receive. The man who installed my system, Jesse, was also friendly, efficient, professional and helpful.

I was referred to Larry Maerina at California Security Pro (ADT) by my best friend who also bought an alarm system and I was not disappointed. He gave us options and helped us customize our system based on our needs. Never pushy and not the typical "car "salesman. He gave us safety tips to better protect ourselves.
On the day of installation, Jessie Amatrone,, showed up on time. Larry showed up as well as he promised. We made some minor changes with our equipment and it was seamless.
These two gave excellent customer service and they deserve 5 stars.

we just purchased my home in Vallejo. Getting an ADT security system was on the top of my to do list. Andy did a great job in explaining the different packages/Options they offer and also getting my alarm installed the SAME WEEK . If you need to set up an appointment ask for Andy . Simply WOW! I agree with all of the accolades people have mentioned with California Security Pro. I have had ADT before from different rep but what this company had as far as customer service just blew my mind. From the get go, Marissa (customer/sales rep) was a breath of fresh air as far as Excellent customer service. Normally you get someone that are just after your $ for how many equipment or what monthly charges that they can get you. But Marissa was an exception. She was very professional and very competent. She was not the usual sales rep that i have had in the past where after we told them about our needs, then they will just keep blasting us with their scripted "sales pitch". After we told Marissa about the layout of our house and that we dont have a phone line, she gave us her recommendation and told us their special promotional offers.The call lasted maybe 10 mins, and it was a such a pleasure to do business with California Security Pro.
Now, with the installation. Hector was about 15mins early from our 9AM appt. I showed him where i want the control panel and where we want the sensors and motion detectors. Within 1 hour or 1:30 hr he was done. He cleaned up his work and show us how to use the panel. Btw, the new control panel is so much easier to use, very cool!
I would definitely recommend California Security Pro. Their customer service from the 1st time you call them till the the day installation is spotless! Then for icing in the cake, Marissa even called us a few hrs after the installation to make sure everything was OK.

I looked at other companies to get estimates and Greg me the best deal. He was sympathic to my situation and helped me feel safe within my affordability level. I was recently broken it and have been frightened and very upset sense. I am so happy to get an ADT security system installed in my home. He also added fire protection with a monitored smoke detector which is great to know ADT will call the fire department for me in case of a fire emergency.
It's nice to know I can now leave my home without being afraid of someone stealing my belongings and invading my home. I now have peace of mind.
