After reviewing security alarm systems. I chose ADT because they
had better monitoring and was a large company that probably would not
fold.After reading several reviews about California Security Pro and looking
at their website, I chose California Security Pro to do the ADT install
and set-up. In the reviews, all the customers had nice things to say
about all the employees, especially the sales and technical staff.
I asked for Brandon Tomas and was not disappointed. Last Monday, he
came over and was on time, which I liked. Brandon answered all my
questions, etc. He was very patient and explained the whole ADT
set-up and installation process and of course the cost. The actual
install would be the next day, Tuesday. Brandon and the technical
person, Carl, were on time. Brandon left for other appointments.
Carl did the install and did an excellent job. It was a very hot day
for our area, Albany. It was getting late but Carl kept at it until
the install was complete. He was very patient and answered all my
questions. Thanks, Carl. Brandon came by the next day to see how

My home got burglarized so I wanted to put an alarm system in the house.I got 3 quotes. The 3 systems were all similar. Larry Maerina gave me the best price and the best service. The day thetechnician came to install, Larry came over to make sure that the system worked. I appreciated that . Thank for the good service.
