We recently upgraded our company phone system and needed to upgrade our alarm system as well. After getting a quote from our incumbent company Bay Alarm, I was referred to Kyle Madison @ ADT to see their offerings. Knowing our alarm situation, Kyle made it a point to meet me the same day which I was pleasantly surprised. Not only that, the alarm package he put together is more secure than our existing system with the advantage of now having cameras on all our external doors...all at a recurring cost much less than Bay Alarm's offering as well as their legacy system that was previously in place (since year 2000). Kyle made this whole process painless and I'm excited with the new setup as well as the peace of mind that goes along with it. He promptly came to our home as scheduled and reviewed all the ADT options available and helped us understand how each level of security works. "The monthly cost is negligible considering the peace of mind we now have."We have never had an alarm system before but have been thinking about it for some time. After all, we have three precious doggies in the house! But now we're covered! Paul gave us a great deal and Pat did an excellent job installing the system. In fact, I couldn't believe how fast he was punching in the codes! They were both very professional, really nice to deal with, very knowledgable about everything and it was just an all-around pleasurable experience. The monthly cost is negligible considering the peace of mind we now have. We now have both a monitored smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector (which also has been on my "To Do" list forever).
Now, as long as I don't push the wrong buttons we'll be just fine! I would highly recommend this company.

We were having problems with the security system company we have had for the last 12 years and stopped by the California Security Pro's booth.
