I've been sketchy about contacting any security company to come to your home and install a system, however since my neighbor raved about the service he had, I contacted Jason Cernak as he was the sales rep for the area and he met with my husband and I on the same day! Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about security systems and most of all, was not a pushy salesman. We finished our meeting late around 9pm, but Jason was still in contact with us through the rest of the night as he was scheduling an installer to come out the very next day to get us our alarm installed ASAP. Installation was done through Micah - If I could give him 10 stars out of 5, I would. EXCELLENT work, professional, very thorough and he even took the time to walk us through the system, the app and answered every and all questions we had. I've also never seen an installer, be so neat and tidy to clean up or catch any of the mess that goes on with a job. If you are getting an alarm through CSP, definitely request Micah as your installer. Thanks CSP for making this a smooth experience.

Yelp ReviewAll I can say is I am very happy with the service from beginning to end. I called California Security Pro because they were an authorized ADT dealer. When I called, I asked if it was possible to set up an appointment the same day and, honestly, I thought it wasn't going to happen but gave it a shot because I had a bit of time that day and needed a security system. The lady at the office was so friendly and got me an appointment the same day. I met with Joe Abeyta for a consult at the home and he was very knowledgeable about how best to secure the home. Then Joe was able to even get an installer to put in the system the SAME DAY!!!!!. Talk about great service with the customer's needs in mind. Then the installer, Pat, showed up shortly. He was very professional and set up all the equipment. After the install I received follow up from Joe and then further follow up from Yvette at the office. I was so please with the service I had security systems installed at 2 more homes. Again, Joe, was very helpful. Thought it was going to be same installer but turned out different installers did these 2 homes. Larry did a great job on the 2nd, and Hector did a great job as well on the 3rd home. Seems this office has a full staff of very dedicated and experience people ready to exceed customer's expectations

I was referred to Jarrett who took my call while on vacation in Hawaii and secured an appt. Upon his return we met and his consultative process of identifying my security needs and noting my lifestyle was mindful. He selected an installer/Implementation specialist, Jeff (Jesse), that was exceptional. Jeff (Jesse) was so flexible as I was on Jury Duty when he first came as arrived while he was installing a comprehensive package. He had to return on Saturday with the understanding that I had to leave for a client engagement by a certain time. Patient, flexible and quick to offer insights that resulted in tweaks in my solution that were a little better suited for me and absolutely on point. Such a pleasure to work with him. Not even mentioning one time to get us to buy. Another good thing is that he tailor to our needs and not trying to get us buy a higher price package which we don't need. Last but not least, he followed up automatically without us needing to call him, and when he showed up after the installation, he still patiently explained to us how to use the system (second time - shame on myself), and all our questions. Very pleasant experience, and we like the system very much.
