The installation was scheduled within one business day and was also a great experience.
We feel so much safer in our home. The Bay Area sadly has the highest property theft rate in the country. I wouldn't look at any other dealer.

Recommend their services; they're professional, knowledgeable and friendly. we were helped out by matt, grant and daniel. they did a great job of helping us set-up the security system on our first home.
Grant and Daniel were very helpful and did an amazing job setting everything up for me in my new home. I can't thank them enough for being so kind, attentive, and courteous!!! They always answered any questions I had and make the whole process a breeze!
Grant came in and showed us all our options and how we could afford a wireless system...he was knowledgeable, patient with all our questions and helpful with solutions. He didn't oversell us but worked within our budget. He also showed up the day of installation to make sure everything was flowing according to plan. George was the installer and also efficient, helpful and knowledgeable!! Part of our decision was that there price including installation was much better than other companies we met with. I have recommended this specific team to my neighbors. We are very happy.
I enjoyed working with this company. I ask a lot of questions, and everyone I dealt with was very patient and accommodating. Otis was my point of contact, he assessed my home, and gave me a fair quote for the installation of my alarm system. After deciding I wanted to move ahead with the service, Ron was the actual person who installed it, and he did a great job - very nice, knowledgeable and, again, patient as I questioned him about the possibility of using motion sensors vs. glass break, placement of smoke detectors, etc. I recommend!
I had my alarm installed by Ron Loetz and I have to say it was a great experience. Ron installed motion, door, and window sensors anywhere I wanted them. He also walked me through the whole system and how to work everything. to anyone looking to buy an alarm system!

Yelp ReviewA stellar track record on Angie's List and Yelp led me to California Security Pro and boy they didn't disappoint. I did a ton of research online on different monitoring companies and found that while ADT is the largest provider in the US, service levels can vary significantly by region depending on the dealer. Lucky for me the folks over at CSP have been top notch and my rep in particular, Angel, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Angel was very good in explaining his product and why they're differentiated. I also didn't feel pressure to give him the sale which was refreshing. He's extremely professional and I don't think I've met an individual that's more dedicated to their job in a while. Seems like he's constantly seeking professional improvement. I've had a number of follow up questions since my installation and he's been quick to respond to everything, day or night, and always with a positive attitude. It's been great and I have significant comfort in putting my family's security in ADT, CSP and Angel's hands. That says a lot - I highly recommend!!!
Yelp ReviewI am very impressed with the service I received from Mr. Angel Rodriguez. Despite a several last minute changes and some very inconvenient requests made under my account, Mr. Rodriguez was surprisingly cordial and willing to help...even after his work-hours in the evenings. He was very patient and courteous and he took care of everything on time. He always responded on time and kept all his promises, even when I had to make so many last minute changes to my orders.
I hope this company realizes what a gem they have in Mr. Rodriguez, as I will continue to use them for my future projects. And I have no doubt that this young man will take a larger role in his company to influence greater number of people. For the record, no one had asked me to write this review and it is a pleasure to speak of someone who seems to go out of his way to help his clients above and beyond his due diligence. Thank you.

Yelp Review With the chaos of a new home and all the options available, we were overwhelmed by the amount of offers for security service. Otis was very patient and willing to go the extra mile to create a plan for our family that worked for us. In the end- it was his quiet persistence and professional manner that closed the deal. He was great about going over all the details and even offered advice about areas of vulnerability that I hadn't recognized. Very personable and knows the company and products well. Looking forward to the install and peace of mind that ADT offers. Many thanks to Otis for being so accommodating and helpful. Will update after it is all done!

Yelp Review Daniel came out to do a repair. He installed my system a year ago. He was running early and called to see if I was available. He did a great job, again. This is a good company, and so much better than using ADT technicians.
