I needed to write this and let people know how amazing these guys are, Brandon and Kyle gave me the best costumer service I have ever gotten in my entire life, those guys love their job and make sure to please you 100% , First of all, I got my patio broken into and got my two road bikes stolen, so I decided it was time to get a security system and cameras ASAP, I found them through Yelp based on the amazing reviews they have, I set up my appointment for a Monday at 3:00pm, Brandon Tomas showed up at my door at 3:00pm SHARP! I was surprised how punctual he was, He gave me all the information I could get, all my silly questions were answered and I had to go with them based on the deal I got and how affordable the security system would be a month. Brandon is super nice and knowledgeable, you kind of have this feeling you have met the guy for a long time, that's how comfortable he makes you feel. I scheduled my installation with him for the next 2 days ( based on my schedule) The appointment for installation was at 12:00pm on a Wednesday, Kyle ( the technician ) showed up at my door at noon sharp, I was once again, surprised how punctual he was, you know when you get your "appointment" for a certain time and that never happens and you end up cancelling plans or getting frustrated, well, that won't happen with Brandon or Kyle. Kyle Brown listened to me and advised where to locate the sensors, system, Cameras, etc etc, he was so efficient and extremely nice and polite, He did the work so fast I was surprised, he also guided me through the App and the website. Tomas also stopped by to check on everything, Now I feel secured at my home again, that piece of mind you wish to have when you leave your house or go to bed, you'll get that once you get a security system, it is affordable. After a couple of unexpected incidents of vandalism at my home in Noe Valley, I decided it is finally time to get serious about security. Yelp led me to to ADT; Fish came over to my house the same day I called and walked through my entire place to give suggestions on the security system that best fit my needs. He is helpful and knowledgeable without a hint of pushy sales person. Fish also secured a next day installation for me. The next day, Hector came to install, it was complex with a wifi camera and a bunch of sensors. Hector was polite, knowledgeable, super helpful and very neat in his installation. He provided a great demonstration and training on how to use the equipment and gave some great suggestions. I had some trouble with the camera the 1st night and I called Hector at 8:30pm, he trouble shoot my problem and resolved it in less than 30 minutes. Overall, a flawless experience. Fast, caring and professional - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a security system in the Bay area. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable and there are always specials for installation. Two big thumbs up for Fish and Hector!!

I am very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that I got from California Security Pro. There are three outstanding advantages to Maria Alaniz and Ca Security Pro: OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We found them on Yelp back on June call them to got an alarm system for our rental property business, an appointment was set very quickly, Maria Alaniz was the sales person very knowledgeable help us to designed a system that serve the need of the two commercial tenants on the building preserving their own independence in a sharing building setting. Maria listened to everyone needs patiently and designed a system for us with three different partition's that give both tenants control on each areas and us a Landlords the power to regain control on the security system if we need it too after tenants move out. Hector the installer was very nice and friendly Maria was there at the time of the installation also. A month latter we call Maria with some equipment questions she schedule a tech whom came the some day and readjust some doors sensors. Few days ago a new tenant need some training in how to use the system ask Maria if she can help, she accommodate us on her schedule that some day, she come meet with the tenant and show him how to use the alarm.
Maria customer services levels are outstanding! I am highly recommending her as your security person!

So far so good. My first call was with Dave (the owner) and he was very friendly and upfront. I was referred to another vendor for ADT but upon comparing reviews I had to give CSP a try, their reviews were far and away better than anyone in the bay area.
Dave scheduled my appt with Andy from the Napa office. Andy showed up right on time. Andy was friendly and knew what he was doing. He presented a few different packages and was helpful in choosing the right package for our new home.
Install day went smooth as well, unfortunately there was a step the installer could not complete so we have to schedule another appt.
I can overlook that given the customer service so far. I will update this in a week following the completed installation.
Final installation: The installation went smooth and Rene and Pat were fast and friendly.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to keep their house safe and secure.

After a recent break-in, my family and I decided to invest in a security system. I looked through Yelp and saw California Security Pro with all the high ratings and I immediately called them. I recently purchased a home and wanted an alarm system installed. I've been in law enforcement for over 25 years and have responded to a lifetime of alarm calls, most of them operator error or false activation's. I worked with Paul Bakhtegan on the sales side and he was super knowledgeable and helpful with getting our home set up. No pressure, he was very consultative. This firm upgraded our old alarm system (c. 1990) with a new hybrid system that accepts both wired and wireless equipment. They were very professional throughout. Most importantly, they were dependable. Pat Amatrone was our installer and he was very good. He even came out on a Saturday morning to install the final set of equipment. ADT is expensive, but you sort of get what you pay for. We looked into a less expensive alarm monitoring service, but they weren't nearly as responsive as CSP. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I decided to finally get a security system installed in our new home so we scheduled a meeting with both Bay Alarm and ADT. After our Bay Alarm meeting, we thought we would probably go with them because we liked their agent and it's a local company (even though the prices made us wince). We kept our later meeting with Brandon Tomas from ADT and boy are we glad we did! Even though we went into the meeting pretty much thinking we would not go with ADT, Brandon was still able to turn it around. Honestly, the Bay Alarm agent told us a bunch of scary lies about ADT, all of which Brandon cleared up for us. It wasn't hard for us to sign up with ADT quickly after spending time with Brandon and getting all of the info. He saved us a crap-load of money.
Bay Alarm said they could get us set up in a little over 2 weeks, ADT installed our system the NEXT DAY.
When the agent and technician got stuck in traffic the next day, I received a phone call with an update. A little common courtesy goes a long way.
The technician was a nice young fellow who was pleasant to speak with - very professional, clean and respectful. The installation was quick and smooth.
So far everything works well and the ADT Pulse app is awesome. I like that I can check in on the house from anywhere and see the activity report.
I never thought I'd say it, but I would definitely recommend Brandon's service with ADT.

After the long move, we were honestly procrastinating on figuring out which system to go with for our new home. The previous owner had an ADT system and Brandon Thomas' card so happen to end up in our mailbox one day. With that said, I reached out to him and he quickly fit us in on such short notice. Two days after we signed up, our new system was up and running. I must admit that this process was seamless and the service was nothing but professional, personal and prompt. I decided on California Security Pro because the reviews on Yelp and Angie's List were great. They were very professional. I called and got an appointment immediately. The area representative, Jarrett McAllister, was a great person to work with. He was personable and informative. He gave us good advice to what we should get to fit our needs without purchasing more than needed. The technician, Rene Mayorga, came out the next day to install the ADT system. He installed the equipment quickly and efficiently without making a mess. He was very patient with us when explaining the system.

Brandon Thomas was great! He took care of everything for us and was there every step of the way. A true professional. Brandon Tomas was great!! Set accounts up quickly and was ultra attentive when I was having everything installed. I believe the installation guy's name was Carl and he was great!! Fast and very intelligent, we chatted at length while he installed my equipment. All in all very happy with the service, especially after dealing with the nightmare that ADT can bring when you go with their 800 number..........

CSP is great. From the Operators that schedule your free consultation to the consultation itself! In my particular case Jarrett McAllister, the security consultant, gave me great run through of evrything I needed and was great at explaining how everything in the service and contract worked. I even called him later with lingering questions and he was prompt to answer and explain! Looking forward to the installation next week.

Jarrett McAllister, a security consultant from CSP showed up on time, was extremely personable, and demonstrated superior knowledge in home security technology and trends. He was clearly more interested in taking the necessary time to understand my specific home security concerns and goals than making a quick sale. While my kids created a challenging environment for serious discussion, Jarrett was extremely understanding, patient, and demonstrated an unexpected level of consistency and professionalism. After buying our home in the North Bay and re-locating from San Francisco, we had already put down a deposit with a competing company to install a new alarm system. While we do not operate as a brick-and-mortar location; like a lot of home small-businesses we did have some unique security concerns.
When David Smith first approached us, I informed him that we were interested in a security system but were about to get an installation from a competitor. He informed me that if I gave him an opportunity at our business that he would not disappoint us with his thorough customer service and installation price estimate. He was totally correct on both accounts!
Not only were we able to get our system installed for half of the price of the previous estimate, but David went above and beyond expectations by scheduling next day (and on a weekend) installation and personally delivering certifications to our homeowners insurance agent's office. The quality of the installation was top-notch and the technology certainly seems to be cutting edge. For numerous windows, doors, glass breakage, fire, and a control panel which does not require to be bound to a landline to notify their headquarters: the deal we got could not be beat.
If you are in the market for a security system I would suggest giving California Security Pro a call and give David a shot. We more than happy with our results and I am sure you will be too.

I was shopping for a security system. Found out ADT is one of the best, called ADT those A$$ hung up on the 3 times. Till Ash came along, he is very knowledgeable about the products and all the bells and whistles. He made recommendations but didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't need or wanted. On top of that he made me a deal I couldn't refuse. He's one AWESOME dude!!! Would defiantly recommend him.

We just switched to California Security Pro-ADT and recieved excellent customer service from both Pat Amatrone our Installer/Security Specialist and Jason Greathouse, the Marketing Manager. They both answered our questions and customer service issues very quickly and were both very easy and very professional to work with regarding our concerns.
