We feel so much safer in our home. The Bay Area sadly has the highest property theft rate in the country. I wouldn't look at any other dealer.

I'm an older woman, I was a little hesitant on getting an alarm system at my age. Pat the installer was wonderful, he took his time explaining the system to me as I wrote everything down. He showed me all the locations of the sensors, he helped me set up additional codes. I want to thank Pat for being so patient with me, he is a valuable person to your company. We recently decided to get a home security system installed and our neighbors recommended California Security Pro out of San Ramon. We met with Joseph Abeyta, who walked through the house and provided his opinion on the best security system for our situation. Joseph was very easy to work with and provided his honest opinion on what equipment was needed and didn't try to push for additional add-ons that were not necessary. Jessie was our installer and did a very thorough job and was extremely professional. After my parents moved into a new neighborhood we looked up the crime statistics in the area and determined that a security system would be in our best interest. We contacted the company with the best features and most reliable team. Bill was superb. He pointed out kinks in our property that could easily be exploited by anyone trying to break in that we never would have thought of. He was courteous and very professional. All around the experience with California security pro has been great. Dorelle came to our business, showed us our options and helped us figure out what fit our needs. It turns out that when the equipment was installed, we ended up with an even nicer keypad than we had chosen. Pat, our installer, was super fast and knowledgeable. He set us up with the software and login and made sure we had the app downloaded as well. Btw, the app is awesome and is an easy way to turn the alarm on/off if you are away. From start to finish, the whole process was super easy and professional. These guys are great!

Contacted California Security Pro about a system for our new home in San Francisco. Had worked with ADT in the past and were satisfied, but the agent/dealer you work with is the key. Our representative is Bill and he was very thorough and offered excellent suggestions when we walked the property. The contract review was simple and smooth, and the installation process easy and so far so good- I hope to never find out how receptive they'll be in an emergency, but I know it won't be a problem.

After 22 years without incident, we were robbed while in the house. So we were freaked out! We called California Security Pro because of their high ratings and Brad Lorentzen came out to discuss various alarm system options with us. He arrived on time and was helpful, informative, patient and didn't seem to be trying to sell us something we didn't need. We purchased a system. Then Kyle Brown came to install it. He called ahead to see if it would be possible to change the time but since I had another obligation I couldn't. So he came as planned, right on time. Kyle was really efficient and also very patient (we'd avoided an alarm system in the past because we were afraid WE'D be setting it off all the time, so we had lots of scenarios we wanted explained). After we'd managed well for several days, we had another question, called Kyle and he stopped by to adjust and clarify things. Both Brad and Kyle have called to follow-up and make sure things are working as planned. It has been a terrific consumer experience. We have felt attended to with care and efficiency and I highly recommend both Brad Lorentzen and Kyle Brown. I have every confidence that if we need any help in the future, they'll be there

Wow. I work with salespeople for a living, and come from a sales family, so I already have a really high bar for sales and customer service. That said, Jarrett McAllister and his assistant Shonna and installation and service pro Hector are a team that any company would be lucky to have. I was headed out of town on business and Jarrett and Shonna got our install set up and scheduled in less than a day, and then Hector pulled a late night (install finished after midnight) to get our system up and running so our home had protection within a matter of hours after a break in. I got home the evening after the install and had a number of questions about usage, etc., and Hector stayed on the phone with me on his own personal time until they were all answered. It was a level of above and beyond service that surpassed my expectations and for which I'm most grateful. The thing to understand about ADT is that ADT themselves don't do installations and service - it's a series of dealers around the nation who do that, and those dealers are as varied as any business. Make sure you research the dealer who's doing your install and service! I really can't recommend the California Security Pro team more highly. Consummate professionals who are committed to getting the job done right and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and into the service period thereafter. ADT Corporate: please take this CSP team and make them the model on which all of your dealers are trained. It will continue to build your brand and your loyal customer base!

He is the best! He does not sell you things you do not need. He is very knowledgeable and was patient enough to explain everything in detail to me. After the install, He came back the same day to make sure I understand the system and walk me through the whole thing. You will definitely not go wrong with Larry and additionally he is so funny. I needed to write this and let people know how amazing these guys are, Brandon and Kyle gave me the best costumer service I have ever gotten in my entire life, those guys love their job and make sure to please you 100% , First of all, I got my patio broken into and got my two road bikes stolen, so I decided it was time to get a security system and cameras ASAP, I found them through Yelp based on the amazing reviews they have, I set up my appointment for a Monday at 3:00pm, Brandon Tomas showed up at my door at 3:00pm SHARP! I was surprised how punctual he was, He gave me all the information I could get, all my silly questions were answered and I had to go with them based on the deal I got and how affordable the security system would be a month. Brandon is super nice and knowledgeable, you kind of have this feeling you have met the guy for a long time, that's how comfortable he makes you feel. I scheduled my installation with him for the next 2 days ( based on my schedule) The appointment for installation was at 12:00pm on a Wednesday, Kyle ( the technician ) showed up at my door at noon sharp, I was once again, surprised how punctual he was, you know when you get your "appointment" for a certain time and that never happens and you end up cancelling plans or getting frustrated, well, that won't happen with Brandon or Kyle. Kyle Brown listened to me and advised where to locate the sensors, system, Cameras, etc etc, he was so efficient and extremely nice and polite, He did the work so fast I was surprised, he also guided me through the App and the website. Tomas also stopped by to check on everything, Now I feel secured at my home again, that piece of mind you wish to have when you leave your house or go to bed, you'll get that once you get a security system, it is affordable. I'm just so pleased I found these guys and how efficient they are, I highly recommend them, no doubts about that, AAAAA+++++ Keep up the excellent work guys!

"something you don't really get with a lot of other providers."Brandon reached out to us after we had already set up a DIY security system (our first) with another provider. We were pretty happy with it but we figured we would let Brandon come over and offer his opinion and expertise. Although we were not necessarily anticipating switching companies, Brandon's thoughtful presentation and generous meeting with us really blew us away. That's something you don't really get with a lot of other providers. On top of that, Brandon offered to match (and ultimately beat) whatever price and features that our current provider was offering. This is coming from a hysterical person who had a security breach this week from someone who said they will try again. I've never felt more at ease and supported than with California Security Pro.Brandon Tomas is the BEST and came out today, arrived early, waited around while I had to finish up a work call, etc. He is the politest and most helpful employee representative in any industry that I've interacted with over the past few years - or maybe ever. After a couple of unexpected incidents of vandalism at my home in Noe Valley, I decided it is finally time to get serious about security. Yelp led me to to ADT; Fish came over to my house the same day I called and walked through my entire place to give suggestions on the security system that best fit my needs. He is helpful and knowledgeable without a hint of pushy sales person. Fish also secured a next day installation for me. The next day, Hector came to install, it was complex with a wifi camera and a bunch of sensors. Hector was polite, knowledgeable, super helpful and very neat in his installation. He provided a great demonstration and training on how to use the equipment and gave some great suggestions. I had some trouble with the camera the 1st night and I called Hector at 8:30pm, he trouble shoot my problem and resolved it in less than 30 minutes. Overall, a flawless experience. Fast, caring and professional - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a security system in the Bay area. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable and there are always specials for installation. Two big thumbs up for Fish and Hector!!

We had a break-in several days ago and my wife's jewelry was stolen. For some reason, nothing else was touched so, even though it seemed somewhat after the fact, I contacted California Security Pro through Angie's List. Brandon was the sales rep and did a great job of explaining the options and costs. We decided on the system that seemed the best for our home. He promised installation the very next day. As it turned out, that wasn't possible so Micah came out the following day. The window was between 9:00 and 11:00 and he showed up at 9:15. He did a great job of setting us up and explaining how the system works. All in all, this was a great experience.

I just recently installed adt pulse along with a host of home automations. Kyle was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was very open and honest and answered all my questions with a lot of detail. He was also able to give us an amazing price given the complexity of my installation. When it came down to installation day, Jesse was able to complete the install in a very short amount of time which was great and allowed me to enjoy the system quickly. Now we feel a lot safer and love the automation especially the automatic door locks and outdoor cameras. Very reasonable prices, great service and very professional. I highly recommend these guys.

We have had a great experience with Fish Araya, the East Bay Manager who came to our house ion a workday evening to discuss a security system for our home. Fish did not try to oversell us on equipment we do not need and even though I wanted more hardware, he assured us that we could always add more equipment at a later date. Meanwhile We are very happy with what we got and the service was prompt . I feel plenty secure now that they installed and explained how it works. They installed the security system right away and showed us how to use it and ran tests and etc. They provide at least a two year guarantee to last the entire time we are under contract (a two year contract) and after that we can renew the contract and I believe the guarantee. The system is very easy to use and we get alerts on our cell phone. I believe we can also unlock the security from our cell phone or a little button device that works like a car lock. If we forget our keys ... we can use the manual code so it is really seamless and i feel very secure both with keeping unwanted people from entering our home without worrying about accidental false alarms. Thank you Fish I highly recommend anyone looking for a security system talk to this man Fish Araya and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed .. also you will get a discount from your insurance company so it really pays to protect yourself. Do not wait to get robbed it is a drag.

We followed the advice of all the great Yelp reviews and gave Calif. Security Pro a call. My husband and I were impressed by the prompt response and scheduling of a meeting. Fish was our rep and he had a very easy-going approach, which I appreciate. Lance & Carl are as good as it gets! Lance did did an in-person walk thru of our house and helped us find the right solution without using products on us. He was super friendly and incredibly professional. After making our selection selection, Carl came by to do the install. He walked me thru the systems' features an functionality. Fish and Micah were wonderful. Fish was fast and made the process of ordering the installation and filling out the paperwork as painless as possible. The website is easy to navigate so I knew exactly the system I wanted before he'd even arrived and he never tired to up-sell me. Micah arrived exactly on time to install the system, he explained the in's and out of the system and patiently taught me how to use all of the functions.

Just had the ADT Pulse system installed and so far it's working out great. We had a consultation withLarry Maerina and he was great to talk to as he gave us some good ideas for additional security and safety, however we did not feel like he was trying to sell us on anything that we didn't need. On the day of installation, Rene Mayorga was the installer and he was also very nice and helpful. Overall, good experience and would recommend in the future.

It is rare that you come across such amazing customer service. Fish was our sales rep and he was a pleasure to work with. No pushing trying to sell me more than I needed and he was so patient with me, answering all of my follow up questions. The installer, Carl, could not have been more helpful and responsive, he even cleaned up a huge mess of wiring when he uninstalled the old alarm, something that he really didn't have to do in order to get the new alarm working. Honestly, we just moved and I've had tonnes of service people to the house and Fish and Carl are simply the best.

We just bought our first home. I contacted CSP to discuss home alarm system options. The sent out what has to be their best their best account representative, Fish Araya, for an in home consultation. Fish came to the house and walked me through all the options and services... not once did I feel like I was being sold into something I didn't want or need. He simply presented the options and explained how the system would work specific to our needs based on a tour of the home and a quick chat about what I was looking for. Fish! Thanks for making the whole process simple and comfortable. And double thanks for listening to my needs and for not laying on a scripted "hard-sell". As for the actual ADT security system.... The flawless and state of the art console is easy to use! My family feels safe and confident that our hard assets are soundly protected. I highly recommend California Security Pro, ADT and Fish Araya (be sure to ask for Fish!).

I did a lot of homework in the search for a home security system and finally called CSP to come do a survey of our property and what solution they would recommend that would cover fire, intrusion and video monitoring. Larry Maerina come out shorty after my call and reviewed the property in detail. He explained the particular vulnerable points and the design concept for the system that CSP would install and the advanced protection that it would provide. Larry was great to work with and made clear that he will be around long after the system is up and running to make sure CSP continues to meet all of our protection needs. It was a long search, but I'm glad that I found Larry and the CSP team.

I had called a number of security companies for a quote on security services, and CA Security Pro was the the most responsive and professional. When I had questions, they would respond quickly, whereas the other companies didn't respond for...days. I also appreciate how considerate the installer was in running the cables so they were hidden, and for working silently when we had a conference call for an hour. Overall, very much recommended.

Install alarms or sensors, on windows and doors, five in total, also smoke/heat communicator. Have control panel that is very logical to operate and also have key pad. All together installation was less than two hours and he provided lots of information along the way. It went very well. He was not rushed and as I stated explained everything as he went along.
